I'm not sure if it was the manufacturer for this particular brand of Levis, but the sizing seemed off and there was a little too much lycra in the blend causing the jeans to bag out and lose shape too quickly.

I originally bought these in a department store (Show Stopper wash) and fell in love with them. I have althetic legs and glutes, so finding jeans is difficult.
I'm 5'6" and the regular (medium) length is perfect with heels, boots, or flats. The only problem I've had so far is that after wearing a couple of hours (as with most jeans that have spandex in them) they stretch out a bit (even though they are a size 5, they seem larger than most womens' size 6). I've refused to go down a size in fear my legs and booty will get too squished. However, if you are more proportionate you may want to take that into consideration and order a size down.
I ordered both the Clean Blue and Hyper Impact washes here, but had to return the Hyper Impact wash. Although the other washes (Show Stopper and Clean Blue) have 2% spandex, the Hyper Impact wash is only 1%. That 1% makes the difference between being able to easily pull the jeans on and button them up with a little wiggle room- and yanking the jeans on and not being able to button them. Again, if you have fairly proportionate legs and glutes this should not be a problem- but know the fabric will feel thicker, tougher, and they will be tighter. The good news is that with the 1% less spandex, they are more likely to hold their shape longer.
If you are interested in trying them out I'd highly recommend it- especially with the special offers (free shipping and returns on jeans) it made an otherwise awful trip to the mall, easy and pain-free :)

I was dying to buy these jeans for months and finally caved in. I only rated it a 3 because the jeans fit exactly like bootcut NOT straightleg. I would have returned them but already had to return three other things from the same order and was sick if dealing with returns. It also took forever to get delivered, and fabric is thin. I'll taker dissapointing loss and treat it as a life lesson: everything is great to buy from amazon EXCEPT CLOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!

These jeans are awesome. They can be dressed up or down depending on what shoes and top you wear. I wear them with flats, heels, sneakers... I've even tucked them into slouchy boots before. They're much more flattering and comfortable than skinny jeans, but not baggy at the bottom like flared jeans. My favorite part is the tilted waist because I like a lower rise in the front, but more coverage in the back.
I've owned several pairs of jeans in this cut, and they're usually really consistent in size. They're snug when you first put them on, but stretch out just a bit throughout the day, so I always go a size down from my usual.
